Our feature group today is the Food Innovations Jr. of Riley Barhorst, Maleah Kipker and Grace Prenger. The team was challenged to create and indulgent appetizer and then calculate the cost, packaging and marketing of their product. The girls created a "MaGril Bite" consisting of chicken, bacon, ranch and a yeast dough. The name Magril was created using a portion of each girls name. They earned a gold at regional competition and will advance to state competition later this month.
