February 15 - Announcements

ALL FCCLA members participating in competition are required to see Mrs. Kipker prior to the end of the school day.

Congratulations to the seventh-grade class for winning the donation contest for the Crossroads Crisis Center! Please stay tuned to the announcements for the date and location of your rewards. Totals were as follows: 7th grade: 127; 4th grade: 65; 8th grade: 37; 5th grade: 24; 6th grade: 9; Freshman: 3. Thank you to all who contributed to this cause!

Softball practice begins on Monday, February 18 at 4:30 in the junior high gym.

The following students are scheduled to work the concession stand Saturday, February 16. The freshman boy’s tournament game - Cameron Ross, Marian Shaffer, and Ashley Mullenhour. Please report to the concession stand by 9:45. The high school boy’s game - Bryce Younker, Morgan Kipker, Morgan Huber, Jessica Ducat, Katie Chandler, and Kenleigh Fortner. Please report to the concession stand by 5:45.

Attention all National Honor Society members this is a reminder that you have a meeting on Tuesday, February 19 in Harris' room beginning at 7:15 a.m.  If you are scheduled to teach, please be prepared to do so.  Please be at door 2 by 7:10.  

HS Girls’ Basketball Tournament Game on Tuesday, February 19 at 5 p.m. in Sidney. Pre-sale Tickets $6 and are available in the office during school hours.

Jackson Center Fine Arts Exhibition coming up on Thursday, February 21. Reverse raffle tickets now on sale in the office for $10 for a chance to win $250. Get your ticket by February 20th. Admission on February 21 $13 without a chance at the raffle drawing.

Box-top update: The current competition is almost over. The class that wins will earn a party of their choice. The top three classes are: 1st place- 1st grade Mrs. Barhorst's homeroom, 2nd place- Mrs. Wiswell's homeroom; 3rd place- 2nd grade Mrs. Barhorst's homeroom. The final day to turn in box-tops will be February 22nd.
