Congratulations to 7th graders Carter Klopfenstein and Blake Jackson.  They each submitted a logo to the Ohio Energy Project which focuses on Energy, Efficiency, and Education through the BeE3 Smart Program.  This program is used statewide with students in grades 5-12.  Mrs. Sarah Kipker does this program each year with her 7th grade science classes.  Carter earned first place with his logo design and it will be used on T-shirts and backpacks that will be distributed to all participating students during the 2021-2022 school year across the state of Ohio.  Blake Jackson earned an honorable mention for his logo. Way to go Carter and Blake!

Penny wars will be going on daily with the goal this year to raise $500 to give to Paige Schneider and Kaitlin Underwood, both of Botkins to help offset medical bills they are both incurring right now. The coloring contest winners will be announced on Friday.
